Painting ESB Boxes in Estate

    Can our residence association paint the ESB boxes in our estate? They are covered in graffiti.
    If not who do we contact to get this done.

    I'd suggest you ring ESB Networks. Electric Ireland is now only a retailer of electricity, they don't handle the wiring infrastructure anymore.
    ESB Networks owns and manages the distribution infrastructure.
