Just looking for a recommendation for a solicitor in the North West (Sligo/Donegal area) who would specialise in Employment Law. Google has thrown up lots of firms but most seem to be more property or will based.

My brother in law and his colleagues are having issues with their employer (public sector) and despite trying to get it sorted for the past 3 years they are no closer to resolution in fact they are further away now than ever before.

So basically they want to get some advice to see if they should continue to fight for their jobs or just give up. Because it is the public sector they really want someone who deals regularly in employment / contract issues.

Thanks in advance for any recommendations that you can give

Are they not in the Union?

Yeh they are in a union but it seems to be quite a complicated situation. I don't work there and don't know the whole story exactly so can't really comment factually on it.

I just decided to ask for a recommendation as my brother in law was asking me the other day if I knew a good employment solicitor.
