    Thanks for your post and welcome to Boards.ie

    Please contact a Mortgage Advisor in your Bank of Ireland branch and ask to complete a Product Amendment Form. If your mortgage is in arrears or shows sign of financial difficulty, you will need to complete a Standard Financial Statement so that the situation can be fully assessed which will help to identify a potential solution.
