    I moved house on the 17 of January with my E-Fibre and since then have had nothing but problems like, no record of you calling the person named on that day, had to change my number, had to cancel my old account when i did not even know it happened, its all just one big mess,a and now have been told i cant get E-Fibre as i dont have direct debbit? 

    I am not even sure to what account issue to post this to??

    Also the women I was talking to today was very rude and told me that I was not talking to complaints when I called last when I was???

    I'm very sorry for this delay, I'm finding it very difficult to find an avenue for non direct debit sign up but awaiting for clarification on this from operations and when I do I'll be in touch with you right away.

    Thank you Alan. The non DD route I already had till my account was canceled without my permissions. Thank you for your assistance ;-)
