UPC Horizon Box 1st Setup: Stuck on Installation

Hey folks, I switched from normal UPC TV to Horizon. Today I got the box and tried to set it up, but the display on the box only shows INSTALLATION and that's it. Hey folks,
I switched from normal UPC TV to Horizon. Today I got the box and tried to set it up, but the display on the box only shows INSTALLATION and that's it.
When I turn it on and off I see a brief welcome-screen, then the TV switches to "No Video Available". I waited for quite some time, turned on and off and on, but no change.
Phone, internet and WIFI are working just fine.

If someone has an idea how I can fix this, I'd appreciate help!
