Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Pain in the ass Kovu , what happened to the toe on the other side ? When will you be able to hobble around out of the hospital ?

A rather large horse stood on that toe! I am not allowed to walk on it so waiting on a scan tomorrow to check if there is any bone chipped off. Too many beers and silliness was involved!!

It usually does. Any time it happened me, the new nail pushed out the old nail in time.

Mine took a year to grow back to normal size. Sore when it happened. If your nail is loose you should pull it off.

I do. Think its food poisoning. Got sick 4 or 5 times
If you can stomach Dioralyte then take it if you can. Dehydration is going to be your biggest problem - same as a calf.
If you cannot drink Dioralyte then get someone to loan you a stomach tube ;)

There used to be an oral product (for humans) that I think was basically kaolin mixed with morphine for people who had severe gastroenteritis/dysentry and salmonella type illnesses. I cannot recall the name of the product but as a child I remember my Mam getting a severe bout of vomiting/diarrhoea from food poisoning. The kaolin product was the only thing that soothed the stomach pains/cramp.

Ouch and ouch again. Nail should grow back but take a while. Keep old nail trimmed back as it is pushed up by new nail but will take while to that stage. Be black as a crow first. Did my thumb before Christmas and only now at stage where old nail not catching in everything but new nail still not fully grown and wierd.
Everyones nails grow at different speeds and even on different fingers/toes.
Open sandals can sit in wardrobe for this summer

If your tractor has a front linkage moy this would be a handy job to carry a spare wheel on, would make it slightly closer to the tractor if it were me though! German idea.
