I have had the misfortune of firstly having 3x 3Tb seagate drives failing on me and now having to navigate their website to try and return the products. The website is beyond broken. Long story short, I managed to register and get my product serial numbers input and was given an address in Poland to ship the drives…

This is going to cost €50.

Has anyone done this before, I was sure they had a site in the UK....

Ive sent drives back to them but never cost anywhere near that.

Ring some of the couriers DPD or Fastway. 50 Euro is crazy for such a small package.

I hate seagate drives I avoid them like the plague.

Last time I RMA'd a drive to Seagate the return address was Coventry in the UK. I didn't have any issue with the website either.
