I done my test first but still haven't got my results back and didn't hear of any batch 1 people yet ...... So am I crazy to dream

Quite good, you have to remember one thing, and i'm not being overly optomistic here, we dont know the average aptitude of either other batches, and then from there, the batches that decide not to continue from there.

It is very possible that people will be called from BAND 2.

Hi everyone- I just checked my public jobs there and I had a message. Didn't have an email or text to say I had received it first! Anyway, I'm in batch 3- I know it's good news to get through but I'm also aware that batch 3 is still a long way off! When it tells you where you are placed, how many people is that out of?? I've heard so many different figures lately that I'm getting confused! Best of luck to everyone still awaiting results!

Theres 5k in batch 1

even if 50% fail the second test they still have more than enough to cover the next 3years of recruits

and then there's the 3rd test which more will fail,then there's the interview etc which again more will fail from that so they won't have that many to keep taking from from batch 1

Must say, I am surprised they have whittled it down to 5,000 this early in the campaign. I was guessing that it would be around 7,000 = 10,000 progressing to the next test and then big drop-offs from there. Although I can see batch 2 being dipped into.

it all depends how many intakes they are planning on having though so if they are only left with 500-800 after the 3rd test/interview that won't cover many intakes.
