Hi. Was asked to go see Company Doctor last week as involved in work related stress and he was assessing me. I asked for copy of his report but he advised id have to ask employer directly, They have been stalling me since while i await the outcome. Yes and yes.

The doctor also cannot keep any information from you. Go back to the Doctor and demand the records they hold about you.
