sync bookmarks chrome-opera mobile?

    You want to use your Chrome bookmarks on Opera phone browser?
    You can use Transmute to convert bookmarks from Chrome to Opera on PC, then use Opera sync to get bookmarks from PC to your phone.

    opera link doesn't seem to sync them to the phone?

    it doesn't appear to be fully functioning
    like chrome sync

    yes

    but it doesn't appear to work seamlessly like chrome

    the pc brings up a webpage with a list of bookmarks off the phone

    nothing from pc to phone

    unless I'm using it wrong?
