    Just wondering if anyone here is a member.... how do you find it?... is there much cardio equipment or mainly weights?

    If you are talking about the one in Greystones they it is one of the best gyms if not the best in Ireland.

    you are going for swim or to train? You should have asked about pool at the first place. The have one of the best equipment ever, hammer strengh, most of it straight from the states... if you don't do heavy weights and care only about cardio and swimming pool then ben dun gym is ok:)
