How to find out if Nokia 925 is unlocked?

    I have a Nokia 925 and I want to check to see if it's unlocked as there's no branding or bloatware on the phone.

    I don't have any spare sim from a different network to check it myself.

    Is there any code I can type in or app or similar I can install that will tell me whether or not my phone is unlocked?

    Thanks very much for your help.

    I presume I type ##782# in the dial pad like when making a call?

    I've tried that and press call and it doesn't do anything?

    Am I doing it wrong?

    Unfortunately I don't have access to another sim card to try.

    Command codes sometimes dont work,you will need to try another sim.where did you buy the device?
