Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Think it's in LFC's interest that Arsenal are still in this tie after tonight.

Emiliano Insua starts for Atletico Madrid.

    Stupidest transfer ever.

Any time I've seen Arsenal play this season, minus the Anfield thrashing, Sagna has been superb.

People here are severely under rating him. His delivery is top notch, gets up and down quickly, comfortable on the ball, solid in defence and part of one of the best defenses in the league.

On current form he'd be a significant upgrade on what we have had in this position this season (a largely out of form johnson and an up and coming Flanagan).

A free transfer for Sagna could potentially be a great piece of business, and allow us to free up funds elsewhere. I'm not sure I understand why most on here are turning their noses up at the possibility.
    Yup.

Sagna is one of the Best-crossing FB, in the League.

    Yup.

Maybe Utd would suit him better...

    Rakitic, M'Villa and Konoplanka
would be pretty damned awesome and Liverpool could land the three for about 35 million.

Coady is after scoring for sheffield again, bloody hell! Doing well for a lad that usually played dm and cb. Hopefully he'll end up at a good club in the summer

Don't be posting in the Arsenal match thread lads, otherwise you'll upset a few of them. Christ.

Ha, yup. The funny thing is the majority of regulars here would like to see them get a result and all going by the match thread alone!

    Truly loco.

If we weren't in the running for 3rd place I would probably want them to win too. At the moment though, I hope Bayern run them into the ground for the next 45 minutes just to have Arsenal tired at the weekend.

Great win for the kids - Trickett-Smith is slightly unheralded with the likes of Wilson and Rossiter tending to get the attention.

He'll get a new contract from Bayern most likely.

Doubt Kroos is going to want to waste his time competing in the Europa League next year.

Kroos is too good to settle for a club without CL, like Witsel who I'm rather fond of, one of those you throw the kitchen sink at in signing. I think he'll stay at Bayern though.

I thought the consensus was that the longer they stay in Europe would travel, injuries, recovery time etc would be a bigger advantage to us?
