Hi I am a first time poster and I am looking at buying a 74 land rover I was wondering that if it is already registered as a classic but has had an engine change does it still qualify? ie is it the chassis or the engine that qualify the vehicle? regards johnny rolls

Once the chassis is 1974 then the vehicle is 1974.
