Any recommendations for a nice swimming pool near the city, that would be suitable for taking a 1-year old. Somewhere you can "pay at the door". ?

Leisureworld in Bishopstown or Churchfield.
Churchfield is probably the better of the two for kids, they have a large shallow swimming pool and a fun pool with slides.
