    I ordered this memory from Komputerbay via Amzon:

    This is what came:

    Does it make any difference if it is low profile? I can't check the machine it is meant for until tonight and I'd rather not break the seal if it can be helped.

    Should work fine once it's the right type :) . Cost saving measures I'm sure is the reason :D . I've got modules of the same size before for builds, no difference they are just not as tall
