    Any idea where to buy this? and no, it's not for tomorrow night!! want to try it out over the weekend.

    Would have thought pita bread bought in any supermarket would suffice.

    My Dad used to buy packets of pitta pockets from a Pakistani wholesaler, this was about 20 years ago though so there's probably better options around these days.

    You can get the special flour in the two large-ish Asian supermarkets at Leonards Corner-this is where all the decent kebab places around town get theirs. Lots of recipes and cooking instructions online

    I usually use Dunnes brand pita bread for homemade kebabs as they didn't crumble as easily as other brands when filling them.
