Looking for a place with nice weather in August. I want to avoid the places that are very hot like the Mediteranean and anywhere too near the equator. Looking for somewhere that is around 25degres, nice and dry, but not real stinking heat.
I like the look of India and Sri Lanka, but they seem to be hot and monsoony (new word) then. Same for Thailand, Laos etc. The Southern hemsiphere will be in winter, so I don't want to be too far South.
