    Ah good. Need to get some exercise myself today. None yesterday and it was so hectic that healthy eating seemed to go out the window completely!

    No surgeries today, we don't do any on Saturday except in an emergency, like a section or a fracture repair etc.

    He's dreadful! The only person on RTE I'd rate him above is Katherine Lynch. His ads for that insurance thing are painful to watch too.
