want to claim my dutch tax back from 11/12

Hi everyone I worked out in the Netherlands there in 2011/12 etc and I want to claim my tax back I want to go straight to the dutch revenue office but I don't know where to start would be easier to ring somewhere where the English is spoken better/clearly etc cheers b

You could try the Dutch Embassy & ask for their advice.
