If you're looking for basic enough stuff then try FRS at the mart
Dan McInerney on the mill road also worth a look
I got some smaller panels in Donlon and Donovan in Shannon and thought they were reasonable.

I think the joinery on the tulla road does them, ennis side of roslevan roundabout
