What to do with this lamb?!

    My friend got a whole lamb and gave me some. Any ideas what this is and what to do with it? (The bags weren't labeled)

    Hard to say exactly but I'd err on the side of caution and either slow roast or stew/casserole

    Trim and cut into chunks for Irish stew. Delicious!! Give your friend a portion to encourage future tasty gifts :-)

    :D I think 2 shoulder chops so going to slow roast them!
