    I have an ecom ex phone in work but since wednesdays storm it wont allow me to make calls.

    there is a G in the right corner of the screen and 4 bars beside it.

    when a call is attempted it automatically says "call not allowed".no dial screen etc.

    its like something has been turned off.Any ideas?
