Samsung s3 no sound during calls

Recently my samsungs gone pinky ponky. Whenever I try to make or recieve a normal call, I cant hear the other person, nor can they hear me. Full signal no problems. I dont even hear the ringing tone. Even ringing 171 I hear nothing. I thought maybe it's just old, and they broken, but the speaker microphone and loudspeaker…

Recently my samsungs gone pinky ponky.

Whenever I try to make or recieve a normal call, I cant hear the other person, nor can they hear me. Full signal no problems. I dont even hear the ringing tone. Even ringing 171 I hear nothing.

I thought maybe it's just old, and they broken, but the speaker microphone and loudspeaker are all in perfect working order.

Oddly enough though, and this is what confuses me is that if I make a call over viber I can hesr perfectly as can the other person!

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated! !
