    can anyone recommend a good parenting course in the City? Any and all recommendations welcome!

    I saw her poster at my GP's surgery earlier today and she runs a course in the Mount Sion Centre and it finishes next week so there'll probably be another one starting soon.

    There is a very good one (I gather) coming up in two weeks through the HSE Health Promotion Unit. It looks at parenting from the parent as a person perspective; and rather than some of the lecture style presentations - I gather - this involves some group work and participation. It is facilitated by a male and a female and there are some dads enrolled already! I believe it is suitable for single parents/dads also. Contact is:
