    Hi,

I am trying to find new additions that i can add into my regular protein shake.

    WHAT I CURRENTLY PUT IN:

    - 500ml water
    - 100ml low fat milk
    - a lot of spinach
    - 1 tablespoon of 15+ manuka honey
    - mixed nuts (small hand full)
    - banana
    - 2 scoops of protein powder

I know the main question is - 'What do i want to achieve with the new additions'

I have this shake usually an hour after lunch every day and i eat a dinner again at 1800 so basically i just want to add more clean food / veg / suppliments into it... does anyone have any suggestions...

Thanks in advance for your help

Coconut flour or desiccated coconut. Lots of calories though.

never thought about coconut flour in a shake.. it sucks up liquid something fierce though so you'd prob end up with something quite thick

    flaxseed maybe?

spinach doesnt change the flavour of any shake you put it into, it just makes it turn green.

Like you'd know about flavour! :p

It's more the idea of it. It doesn't belong.

    But that's just me.

cucumber is nice, gives it a clean taste. I put in ground Linseed and ground chia seed
