Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    DiMichelis was always going to be a liability. What City were at getting him in the first place was beyond me; with all their squillions, they surely could have gotten someone better.

    Man City have to go for it now. To try and take SOMETHING to the Nou Camp. And if that happens, they could open up and Barcelona will punish them.

    Barcelona hammered hard there for a few minutes, and they're still swarming like vultures. This could get very ugly, very quickly for City...

    You can't have any gripe about the penalty award and that's the sort of decision that has let Demichelis down his whole career. He is a lot better than that and it's needless. Your keeper can still make a save and you still have eleven men on the field even if they do score.

    He is completely responsible for any other goals scored by Barca tonight and his headless challenge only achieved a disadvantage for his own team.

    Watching that in real time it does seem to be a penalty. Very hard call at the time to be fair. As said stupid from Demichelis. He was a mile away from it and he must have known it was red if he mistimed it.

    Harsh on City overall as Barca have looked impotent otherwise.

    I don't think it's that improbable. There is no question the one against Chelsea was on the level. It happens in football. It does happen.

    That was kompanys fault. He was the one playing messi on side by being out of position. People slating demich but he had played fairly well in the first half.

    He had to do somethig. The red card was right decision but was outside the box
