So here is one
I fell in love with an irish man who was 22 came to america to stay with me for two weeks got me pregnant went home to IE we online dated for a year. I then had me boy December 15th 2008

Was supposed to stay for two weeks but ended up staying with him for three months we traveled cross country from Perth all the way to Robinvale and stayed most of our time there, than we went to Melbourne cause I needed to get back to my child. Which was with my parents while i wanted to bring [MOD SNIP]back to the States. he told me he was scared of being a father. I went home
and he came to visit when me boy was five months old. He than left and never seen him since.
We had an amazing relationship. nothing wrong almost got married but never happen.

I am a 22 year old girl who had my heart broken let alone. It affects me boy. I dont want him growing up hating his father, let alone being mad that his father left. My biological father left me when I was three months old and didnt want any part to do with me. He went back to ITALY... Your son deserves a father...not a cowardly man who runs....any person could see that, any fool can be a sperm donor, takes a real man to be a father!! and as a person whos girlfriend has a child for an absolute waste of time space and one could argue.. sperm....you need to bring a positive man into your sons life, not this boy, because boys turn their back on responsibility..men face up to it!! If you were niave enough to get your heart broken, then dont give some clown who ran away when you and your son needed hi, the grounds to possibly do the same to your child again. Have a think about that

I don't know if you are for real or not, I'm leaning towards the no side of that debate. But for one thing this would be the FIRST time I have ever heard a an American woman refer to a male as a "bloke." That's the first red flag, aside from all the other holes in the time sequence of your story, unless you are for real and have it all mangled up in your head somehow.

Your child is not entitled to anything but money. No dad. No paternal love. Nada. Your child does not have a right to see his father, his father has a right to see him. That is how it works in the US. If his father doesn't want to see him, nothing can make him even if you did find him.

You're right, it's terrible he has never seen his father, the sitting there and wondering waht your dad looks like must be the worst. But eventually you will have to explain to your son that sometimes you have some good luck and sometimes you have some bad luck, and this is no fault of his, and down to bad luck because of the choices his father made. You cannot make his father love him.

As for child support, good luck with the Irish courts. It won't happen.
