Business Name with CRO

Guys...I registered a Business name with cro in anticipation of starting up in June. I have changed my mind as to starting as a sole trader and am now going to start a company. Can I change the Business name to reflect this nearer the time or do you just cancel, reapply & pay a new fee with Business name as a Ltd Company?

You keep the business name and then create a company of the same name. It will be inportant to indicate that you are the owner of the business name when creating the company.
