    Hi BOI Reps,

    Currently I receive statements every six months. Is it possible to get them e.g. every 3 months? I've signed up for e-statements.

    Many thanks for posting. 

    There are couple of ways you can request a change in your statement frequency. 

    You can send a secure message from your Online Service Desk on 365 Online - Please choose the 'Ask a Question' option. 

    Alternatively, please call Banking 365 on 0818 365 365 / 00 353 1 4044000 and a rep will be happy to change your statement frequency to quarterly. 

    Representative assisted hours are 8am - 12midnight Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
