Hi Eircom, I just moved office and I got 2 new lines put into the building.It turns out I only need one of them.How do I go about cancelling one of the lines ? Tom

I just moved office and I got 2 new lines put into the building.It turns out I only need one of them.How do I go about cancelling one of the lines ?

Hi Heskey1971

If your account is a business account you would contact business accounts on free phone 1800601701 however if you have a residential account type you contact the cancellation department on free phone 1901 (enter your number when asked and then choose options 4 then 3 when prompted).
