Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Kroos is ridiculously good from the anywhere round the edge of the box.

Man, I didn't want Bayern's penalty to go in and it didn't... but then something changed.. and I wanted them to score.... and they did.

He would be a big loss for Munich alright if he missed the quarter finals.

    If they qualify.

You know, if it had been spotted, Robben wouldn't have been on the pitch when the penalty incident happened.

Think the other two will get through. Mainly because of who they are playing.

Bayern will win this by two or three now.

It was the 89 bitterness what did it ;)

Not our night. RTE Twats said that he should have gotten a red card!

Typical Kroos really. He's a really underrated player, not many have better technique than him.

They showed it in super slo-mo and it looked like sweat to me. Granted I haven't got my contacts in, but it looked like sweat. Not a Robben fanboy BTW. Just my opinion as a neutral.

Be fairly stupid thing to do if he did spit on him. Guess we'll get better camera angles at some point.

I missed the goal. It's bound to finish 0-1 unless I get up again.

Arsenal need to get Flamini out of there and doing it further up the pitch cause Tiago is waltzing.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,500 ✭✭✭Fuzzy_Dunlop

Arsenal seem to be running out of steam now big time. Hopefully doesn't end up 2 or 3. Only one more sub to make too

I might not have made that statement then but 11 against 10 arsenal haven't a hope especially with the new Ngog up front.

OMG the RTE commentators are verbally masturbating so much about wonderful Bayern are that they must think they are watching Man United or something

(Given how United biased RTE is!!)

Neville on sky saying Sanogo did little wrong. I agree. Hate the overprotection of keepers

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,333 ✭✭✭bad2dabone

Martinez is such a good player too. Bayern are a great team.

I hate the fact that I was looking forward to a game, and for a change it was actually living up to the hype, and then (what I would call) a bad decision has changed it totally and ruined it.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,364 ✭✭✭✭Kylo Ren

That would of been some goal.

He's had a good game all things considered. Bit soon to be writing him off.

Sanogo looks like a big dawg. Like Yaya Toure.

Collins and whelan are awful commentators. Awful

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 16,797 ✭✭✭✭Francie Barrett

Bayern starting to rack up a few chances now. You get the feeling another away goal would put this to bed.

Colins is so slow you'd think he was watching the game on a stream

79 of 82 passes completed for Kroos (nearly half of Bayern's total), a good few long distance ones too. Class act.

It's just incredible a club the size of arsenal have a player like him up front in their biggest game of the season. It's unforgivable from wenger. A Berbatov or even a Darren bent would be a better option.
