I'm sure it was technically the correct decision by the letter of the law but its a ridiculously harsh punishment for one foul, especially since it wasn't absolutely guaranteed he'd score.

Why isn't Muller playing? I'd have him in any starting 11 frankly.

As for the game itself I can't help but wonder if being so dominant in a weak Bundesliga means Bayern might lack some real application. Obviously now they are playing 10 men its rather more straightfoward you'd think.

The red card was the issue.

Bar my accidental fcuk up nobody has said it wasnt a penalty.

Delighted to see Arsenal playing well and holding their own against the best in Europe.

Could really do with Ozil shining though. He should be the Ace in our pack. He did very well to get the penalty but apart from that he's been poor.

He's a referee, not a philosopher. He has to go by the letter of the law.

That's why the rules say goal scoring opportunity and not goal scoring absolute gaurentee
