BOI to BOI transfer

    A transfer done from a BOI account at 17:20 yesterday to a BOI account.

    When should it arrive as wasn't in today?

    Hi Uiseabhi, 

    Thanks for posting. 

    A transfer made on Bank of Ireland 365 to another BOI account should be instant.
    A transfer to a BOI credit card takes one working day and as 17:20 is after the cut-off time for the transfer, the funds would reach the credit card today - Thursday 20/02.   

    Standing Orders and Direct Debits would have different time-frames to reach an account. 

    If you made a transfer to one of your own accounts and the funds have not credited, please call Banking 365 on 0818 365 365 / 00 353 1 4044000 and a representative will offer assistance. 

    Representative assisted hours are 8am - 12midnight Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday and Holidays.
