I have no personal involvement in the organisation of this, but the National Homebrew Club has the country's biggest (by far) homebrew competition coming up. Entry is closed by now, but there is public gallery space open on March 1st in The Church, Jervis St., Dublin, for spectators for the first leg. The second leg is in the Franciscan Well on March 22nd. Similar arrangement, afaik (I won't be there).

Surprised it hasn't come up here as it's one of the biggest events in the Irish homebrew calendar.
