Hope this isn't too much of an advertising pitch!

We have a River/White Water Kayak Skills Course on 1st & 2nd March in Killarney with a couple of places still left on it.

The course is aimed for paddlers with flat water/lake experience, who want to move onto faster flowing rivers, with rapids, etc.

It's also the first part of Canoeing Ireland's Level 3 Proficiency.
