Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Insurance question

I have 2 separate motor insurance policies. 1 for the bike and 1 for the car.
I have my GF as a named driver on the car policy.
She was recently involved in a collision while driving the car. Nobody hurt thankfully but there is now a liability dispute and the other party is trying to claim from my policy.
As this will probably take a long time to resolve will this have a negative effect on my bike policy when I go to renew it in a few months time?

You'll have to inform them of the claim when renewing, as to it affecting the cost I'd be surprised if it doesn't. You have a claim therefore you are a higher insurance risk, the fact it wasn't you that caused the claim will hopefully keep the increase low.
