Hi everyone

I'd like to get a few opinions please on something I've been thinking of doing for a while now. I'd love to start a local courier/man and van business in the midlands. I know it's hard to compete with the larger couriers but I would try to target customers on a more personal level and provide an errand service for people living in isolated areas. I think with the ever increasing price of petrol/diesel and our ageing population there will more demand for these kind of services in the near future. I would love to hear from people already in the business or anyone who has any advise on the matter.
