Losing Danske Credit Card ... but no fixed income.

Hi, Brother is in a bind. He has had a Danske (NIB) credit card for 15 years and it is being closed next month. But he doesn't have a fixed salary and earns money from ad hoc arts projects. Can he get a CC anywhere without a salary/accounts ?
