Ds has low heart rate

Ds went to hospital to get a dental extraction under ga and they've discovered he has a low heart rate,it was ranging from 40-55bpm throught the day.he is being referred to a cardiologist in crumlin. Anyone any experience of this. He's 10

No, no experience (my daughter has a congenital heart condition but nothing to do with her heart rate) and unfortunately we cannot give medical advice so I have to close this thread.

Be aware, the cardiology waiting list for children in this country can be up to 18 months long depending on whether they deem it an urgent referral or not.
