Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Give AXA a shout, they underwrite they CN policy anyway. I’d be surprised if they can’t beat it

    Would they insure 6 bikes?:D

    Definitely worth it.

My bike insurance history is short and sweet.

2003 on the X8R-X with Hibernian
    2008 on the Bandit 600 with Quinn-Direct
    2018 DL/Jaguar with Principal
    2019 AXA all 4 bikes.

AXA are now the only ones on the market to do multi bike policies, broker or direct.

When I was adding the blade I asked them the limit, definitely 6. The reason for this is I plan on buying a GL1800 in 2022 and if I’m lucky an S1000RR or something classic like a ZZR1400 :pac:

    Carol Nash are legalised fraudsters

That’s a nice gift, I must tell the wife buy me one :D

Funny thing is the wheels on that bike cost nearly as much as the CBR ha!

Tge missus got me the ratchet for xmas, got one of my mechanic mates to get it from his snap on man

I'm a bit of a disaster with tools....

A fool and their money and all that, although this one was actually a gift. And yes I'm well aware that's the wrong type of bike for this forum :pac:

    oooh - nice look

isn't one of 'the rules' that your bike should be ten times more expensive than the car you use to carry your (push) bike :)

This is the free gift given by motorcycleshop.ie when you spend €50 or more.

I received my paddock stand, paddock hooks and autosol today.

Do I need bobbins with this to lift the front of my bikes or is it adequate as is?

    Thank you :D

Just to put it into perspective, I have that blade 4 months and the following has been done to it:

    Carbs balanced
    Oil/oil filter
    Air filter
    Spark plugs
    Radiator & switch
Changed all the pipes on the cooling system
    Tyres
    Brake pads all around
    Brake fluid changed
    New battery
    Chain & sprockets
Replaced top yoke, ignition, rear seat lock/fuel cap
    New brake lines all around
    Forks fully rebuilt front scratch
    Fork ends painted
    New inner cowling
    New front right indicator

    To be done:

    Wheels painted
    Generator covers painted
    Clutch/throttle levers painted
    Front cowling painted
    Front mudguard painted
    Front cowling bracket painted
    New clutch & cable
    Mirrors painted
Somehow clear off the oxidising on the frame
    Caliper seals

    That’s it really

The joys of buying a bike that sat idle for 17 years.

head for the airport - they cant get the helicopters into the airspace (allegedly). Although, you will never outrun radio waves.
