    My wife and I are looking at purchasing a house in Dublin and would like someone to recommend a Solicitor for conveyancing and a Surveyor please.

    if i ,m buying a house in santry,
    i dont go to blackrock for a solicitor.
    I,LL look in my local area first.
    Don,t be shy about asking for a price quote.

    We bought last year and our solicitor was fantastic. Google Tionette Ryan or PM me and I can give you her details. she is based in Naas but came up to Dublin to meet with us. She also dealt with a friend of ours who bought a house in Santry.
