Best PC for Graphic Design

Hello,
I would like to buy a new desktop PC that I will be using primarily for Graphic Design and internet. I do some freelance work using my laptop which is Toshiba running Windows 7 Home Ed. It has an AMD Turion X2 Dual-Core Mobile RM-74 2.20 GHz. 4GB RAM.
But now I have decided to set up my own business and I am starting to get a lot of work...thankfully!!..So I would like some advice on what type of PC I should get. I need lots of memory and a reliable system that can run multiple programs/tasks simultaneously etc..I am not interested in a Mac. So can anyone advice on me the spec, software, memory etc I should be aiming for or even where to buy?
I am not high up in techy stuff, so please make it simple for me!

Between €500-€1000. Also I was thinking of getting an all-in-one (space is an issue)

All in ones are generally terrible. I'll spec up a build now

Saw this on the main page so, sorry, can't help with the build. But since you're going professional, make sure you budget for a data back-up solution. Nothing worse than your computer going bust the day before a deadline or a client coming back 6 months later and you don't have the original files!

It is a very very good PC for your needs. Its a mini build as well so case is small and won't take up much room.

you just choose any personal computer that is associated with dedicated graphics card.In my opinion, Lenovo's IdeaPad series is looking under affordable price. However, Dell also gives various model but seems costly.
