    Confirmed on MUTV

We'll have to be careful not to go down to 9 men then!

Kagawa must have killed someone. Getting sick of his exclusion. Reckon his united career is as good as over. Shame.

Its a pity,he has looked good in the CL this season and Im sure he was hoping to use it as a chance to impress so he could get himself in the shop window for a summer move,it seems his time at Utd is over.

Looks like we just have put up with the predictable brothers Tony V and Young :(

Anything is possible tonight including a safe United win. But after that I think there is just too much quality in the competition for United to do anything over two legs two more times. Once you're in the final I agree anything can happen. But just too much quality at this stage of the competition for United to even get there.

Bayern would run circles around them :D

With that United lineup I think I will just watch some paint drying on the wall.
WTF are Valencia and Young doing on the pitch

    United 2-1 or 2-0.

I can see your point about Valencia, but Young has been good of late. I don't want to see us play the crossing game either mind you..

I would have liked to see the same line-out from Saturday but realistically this is still an away leg in the Champions league regardless who we are playing, I'm not going to write us off too much negativity, plenty of attacking threat in our side if Valencia and Young are not wasteful then we should win.

United to win 1-0, lots of whinging and moaning to ensue.

On the bench, think people still don't realize this guy is only 18..19?
More impact from the bench in this match in my opinion, not enough of experience at this level yet.

What a lineup lads, astounding stuff.

No Mata. No Fellaini. No Rafael.

    Smalling at RB.

At least we have Cleverley to keep us on top of things.

Not even sure I want to watch the game now.....

0-1 to united, Rooney popping up with a bit of magic in an otherwise boring game.

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

Oh also, Valencia and Young on the wings..

    Can't contain my excitement.

What games have had both wingers playing well at the same time though. We've often had one winger "cough.. valencia.. cough" who didn't put one decent cross in for the whole game. If you play with just one game plan involving record breaking amounts of crosses, you need to not hit the first man every single time.

  • FS Evra yellow card already....

Lets see if Campbell's any use, won't get much better a chance than versus Evra at this level.

And I totally agree..if somehow we are not wasteful....

Clive Tyldesley and Andy Townsend are definitely my least favourite pair of football commentators.

Fairly disjointed opening to the game.

Olympiakos look comfortable on the ball.

    Rio a complete ****ing liability

all over the shop. Smalling is gash at RB

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 19,023 ✭✭✭✭adox

Lol at Smalling and the defending after that.

Smalling at RB, Rio and Evra are all terrible.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,369 ✭✭✭UnitedIrishman

Like rabbits caught in headlights so far.

Carrick and Cleverly moving away from the ball and not offering an option when the ball is in defence is really annoying.

United are playing ****. I don't know how many united players I have seen falling over so far.

You would look at the team/performance at the weekend and think, not bad, progress at least

Then you see tonight, back to normal in terms of team selection and performance.

    Just why?

Time to hang them up Rio. His legs are gone.

Cleverley is such an average player it's unbelievable he's starting for one of the biggest clubs in the biggest club competition

But he'll tell you the incredible job he's doing tonight is going under the radar....

Every game now Vidic is showing up the stupidity of Moyes decision to let him go

Total separation of league/CL team choices. Heart-breaking
