Property Market in Portlaoise

Hi, can anybody tell me is the property market in portlaoise still a shambles??? Was thinking of putting our house up for sale again but have no idea what to expect or what's even realistic anymore???? Its a two bed semi, if any of you have ideas?

Know from a friend working in the bank locally that there's been an increase in mortgages since January. I think there is demand for family homes and first time buyers. On the look out for something myself. A lot depends on the location and if its a quiet estate I think you should be okay.
