Thought id give this a bump.

Anyone want to hazard a guess as to when we will get an email about online learning?

I had my PCA in June and was expecting the online learning to come through within a day or two however it took about 2 weeks before I got the e-mail giving me access.

Congratulations to you and everyone else on passing the PCA btw.

Yeah did my medical back in July. Just waiting now. The waiting bit is the worst. At least when you pass the PCA you have the online learning to keep you pre-occupied while counting down to the medical.

Once all that's done all you have left to do is just stare at the phone.

Thanks I hope I get a call soon too lol.

Trying to keep up the training however I've been concentrating on weights more than fitness. I'll probably move back to fitness if I get a call to start.

Your online learning shouldn't take long to come through. When you get access to it you really just want to get started.

Hopefully it comes through soon. Gives me something to focus on.

You'd like to think it'll come this week. Give us enough time to complete it. Can't wait for it!

Getting a new printer for it when it comes through so I can print it all off. Bound to be getting a job if we get online learning.....

Yeah mate!! I must buy one too. :-)

Awk im sure we will get a job, hopefully before xmas anyway!! October would be nice so we are ready for next summer :-)

I reckon November.....I'll just miss the next set of calls with my medical date.

If we aren't passed out by next summer but far enough through training they might throw us out onto the ground to make up numbers if need be. They did it this year.

Yeah they prob would Oz!! I just hope to be in before xmas.

My vetting is my only worry. Really want to get my SMT results then ring vetting :-)

Pretty sure I read somewhere on here that the first intake got to go up to LD/D for crowd control on the 9th august

It's great. Hard work, but very enjoyable. It's amazing the amount of stuff you learn in a short space of time. Don't get me wrong, there are stressful times and days you feel like jacking it in but 90% of the time it's good and there is no craic like that from your squad mates!!!

Lol it was me who was told that by an ops planning guy. Apparently they were to be supervised by their tutors but I forgot to ask him if the jammy buggers actually got to do it lol
