Hi, my mother has recently fell very sick and needs full time care, Since I am the only single one of the family I have decided to move back home after 25 years of not living there and care for her.

I was originally a tenant there for 21 years back a few years when I was growing up...
I moved away got married , bought my own place but have since separated and lost everything due to the corrupt government, house went into negative equity... etc. etc..

How would I go about getting my name back on the rent book??? and should anything happen to her in the near future will I be able to stay in the council house???
