Case Mod - Perspex plastic cutting Dublin

    Hi,

I have the following case - Zalman MS 800 Plus.

I want to replace the side panel on the side seen here http://www.overclockers.ua/power/zalman-ms800-plus/20-big-zalman-ms800-plus.jpg and also get a 135mm hole cut in it for a cooling fan.

I can't use the perspex that came with the case as some earlier mod's means it needs to be replaced for a fresh one.

I tried Woodies, and they sell ?3mm perspex but it was very bendy and I need something more rigid.

Measuring what I have it seems to be a 3.5mm, so 4mm would be OK aswell.

Is there anywhere in Dublin that would sell a suitable hard perspex sheet or even better yet cut cut it for me too?

    Many thanks.

    Got my perspex from http://www.caseking.de/shop/catalog/
I was ordering other things at the time if you're just ordering perspex it's probably not worth it.

As regards to cutting it , Cutting perspex is easy enough if you have the tools , You just need to make sure to use Masking tape to tape up the whole area you're cutting , use a fine blade , slow speed and use a little bit of oil as lube.

A Jigsaw would be best to cut the shape and a hole saw for punching through , you could do this with a jigsaw too but getting a perfect circle would be touch!
