    Can you please tell me what are the electric rates for PAYG customers or at least link to them (specific link please as i can't find them on your website)

    Hi again pajopearl,

    The unit rate for PAYG customers is our standard electricity unit rate (the same for bill customers): 0.1931.

    Standing charge: Urban - €139.61 per year. Rural - €186.13 per year.

    PSO Levy (government): €48.62 per year.

    If you have any account queries, do private message us your details if you wish: Electric Ireland account number, name/address/telephone number and confirm you are the account-holder.
