Everytime I turn on my Dell 6400 this pops up

    Does anyone have any idea how i can remove this from coming up on my screen everytime i turn on my laptop ?
    Also my Volume icon is gone from bottom right corner i tried to get it back but no joy. I have Microsoft security eccentials its alright until i go near youtube then i start getting pop ups everywhere.

    While it's not impossible that it's something nasty, it looks more like your Intel Graphics Drivers are borked.

    The drivers are gone for my Cd rom for last 2years or so

    Could be a nasty rootkit infection. Looks like a few drivers are causing issues. Try running MBAM Free (make sure to update it's definitions) and also ADWCleaner. you can download the latest drivers for the Inspiron 6400 here (or windows Update is generally quite good at doing it as well)

    Instead of Microsoft Security why don't you try using AVG free along with Malwarebytes free? This seems to keep my pc clean and never had a problem with them
